The Republicans have passed legislation that undercuts insurance benefits in favor of insurance companies, requiring Oklahomans to pay for all providers' charges not fully paid by the insurer. I will protect health care benefits, including discounted rates to which providers had agreed. Oklahomas already voted for constitutional Medicaid expansion. Their decision should be respected.
